People first! We all have lenses that filter our thoughts, actions and view of life. My lens is called “Third Culture Kid”. It’s given me a global worldview and tools to adapt to ever-changing circumstances. It instilled in me the value of people and the ability to build relationships easily. For 16 years, I served in the realm of human resources for a global nonprofit organization. Several years ago, I transitioned to an HR consulting firm and have enjoyed servicing small to mid-size businesses with their HR needs. I am an ideator who brings new perspectives on familiar challenges while intuitively observing each person’s style, motivation and how they build relationships. I love helping people and meeting their needs. I am a proactive, results-driven, out-of-the-box thinker who connects the dots and passionately creates systems that work.
