My experience in the brewing industry was initiated in 2005, at the production area of Paulaner Brewery in Munich, where I worked for an year.Back to Brazil, I was selected as Trainee at Brasil Kirin Group and worked several years with Research and Development of new technologies, raw materials and new products related to non-alcoholic beverages and mostly, beer production.During this period, I strongly developed experience with beer processes in small breweries and scale-up to large-production plants.In 2008, in Germany, I specialized doing a "Beer Sommelier" course at Doemens Akademie. Since then, I've been working increasingly with the craft beer segment, making different events such as beer and food pairings, beer styles tastings, lectures and trainings about different beer themes to different publics, who vary from restaurants staff and owners to business executives.Since 2010, I am co-founder and teacher of the first Beer Sommelier Course in Brazil, at Associação Brasileira de Sommeliers de São Paulo (ABS-SP) and owner of the beer school - Instituto da Cerveja Brasil, as well as the beer club - CluBeer.In December 2011 the World Brewing Course at Siebel Institute in Chicago and and Doemens Akademie in Munich gave me the final knowledge to become a brewmaster.Since 2008 I have been tasting in important beer competitions like World Beer Cup in USA and European Beer Star in Germany.My English and German are fluent.Specialties: Industrial Management MBA at FGV-Campinas, Brasil;Beer Sommelier at Doemens Akademie - Munich, GermanyBrewmaster at Siebel Institute / Doemens Akademie - Chicago, USA / Munich, Germany.
