The foundation of our program is The Birkman Method®.As a Senior Birkman Consultant, I facilitated delivery of assessment feedback in a classroom setting as a way for participants to learn about their strength behaviors, underlying needs and motivations, and stress behaviors that affect leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence and work performance.
