Her passion is focused on helping leaders unleash the talents of their organizations and change the world in the process. Her creative approach grounds the front and back end of the innovation process with data, research, insights and measurement. Kathie's goal is to deliver growth to her clients by focusing on key insights, the broader opportunity and successful implementation. Too often companies start out with only the opportunity in mind, not clearly mapping the journey required to succeed. In order to truly deliver value, it is critical to begin with the end in mind. As Global Director of Innovation at FleishmanHillard, Inc., Kathie developed expertise in leading diverse groups of people through collaboration, ideation, innovation training, development of strategy, implementation mapping and measurement. Her primary goal when working with her clients was business value creation.Kathie led a team of 150 Innovation practice group members from across the world. In less than three years, collectively she designed and facilitated more than 420 sessions for more than 200 clients and over 6,000 participants. Kathie's prestigious list of clients includes the Microsoft, the Centers for Disease Control, Visa, Hasbro, Johnson & Johnson, Target, Motorola, AT&T, PepsiCo, Novartis, and Dow Corning Textiles.

Before starting the Innovation practice group in 2005, Kathie led a team of over 30 graphic designers, videographers, Web developers, and photographers in FleishmanHillard's Creative Team.
