Served as a Director of Sales at ABILITY Network, leading Sr. Account Executives and Region Managers. Achieved Circle of Excellence Sales Director status. Hired and trained dozens of Inside Sales Repesentatives during roles as Manager and Director .Experience at ABILITY Network began as an Account Executive in 2010, and was promoted to a Region Manager, where I coached and mentored new and existing ABILITY Account Executives on utilizing and reinforcing consultative sales tactics, along with accomplishing my own territory sales expectations. I then served as Sales Trainer for a year. In my role as Sales Trainer for ABILITY, I worked with Sales Directors to identify specific stages of the Consultative Sales process that individual Account Executives may warrant additional training in, and developed customized training plans to address those specific areas. I worked with all newly hired ABILITY Sales staff in helping them become adept at the concepts and processes practiced as part of the ABILITY consultative sales process, and getting them up to productive speed. Provided, and coached on sales messaging, including phone, voicemail, and email scripting, as well as coached on the use of the full suite of ABILITY sales tools. Provided individual and team coaching and training as needed.Previously, served as a Division Sales Manager at the St. Paul Pioneer Press Newspaper. In this role, I coached a team of outside sales consultants, among other revenue-generating and leadership responsibilities.
