• Managed full life-cycle recruitment process including: Analysing the role, developing position descriptions, posting ads, sourcing resumes, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, formatting the resume to submit to the client, scheduling interviews and extending offers.• Responsible for sourcing, contacting (Phone Calls) and identifying qualified candidates.• Set-up and maintained files, records and databases of candidates.• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD, H1B candidates, with different tax terms like (W2 , C2C and 1099).• Reporting to Recruiting Head. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.• Developed and implemented strategies for sourcing and hiring consultants through multiple channels.• Managing the entire Recruitment Life Cycle process, which includes from requisition, sourcing, validating, screening, fixing up the interviews, follow-ups till the candidate joined at client’s place.

Understanding the Job specification Sourcing candidates through the database, job portals, internet searches and references with relevant and quality candidates, within the stipulated timeframe. Identifying sourcing candidates from sources such as Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Groups, and the internet. Coordinating with candidates as well as the Hiring Managers to organize interviews Searching/Sourcing - Consultant/Candidates
