• Developed the Outreach Ministry Program of this new church which grew from approximately 75 to 400 members and involved eight distinct and ongoing projects. • Worked with numerous Social Service Agencies to identify needs of their clientele and design our Outreach Ministry programs to meet those needs. Agencies included those working with individuals who were homeless, economically disadvantaged, and facing other difficult life challenges (e.g.: abuse/neglect, unplanned pregnancy).• Designed and coordinated all Outreach programs which involved conducting research, preparing proposals, providing written and oral communications and presentations, and problem solving. Outreach programs and activities included fundraisers, programs that provided tangible donations to organizations & identified individuals, and direct support to individuals in need. Coordinated the church’s partnership with the Interfaith Hospitality Network.• Recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers.
