After spending close to 25 years as a fashion retail executive, I found the calming effects of yoga and meditation. It changed my life.In 2016, after only 2 years of dedicated practice, my husband and I purchased the yoga studio where we practiced with the intention of offering accessible yoga to the community. Our focus was on beginners and those, like ourselves, who were not aware of all the benefits yoga and meditation provide.Expanding on my desire to help others create lives they love and desire, I became a certified life coach and began to support both individuals and organizations, focusing on helping clients find clarity and purpose.In 2020, amid the pandemic, and with a broader knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, and mindset, my husband and I combined forces again and created Eclectic Well-Being. We now help individuals who have spent the last decade or two focused on their careers and/or family, and who feel like they are on what we call the hamster wheel of mediocrity, learn multi-faceted and holistic approaches to health and wellness so that they can feel confident and comfortable in their own skin again.In 2023, after moving to Michigan, I began serving as the Career Development Coordinator at Lake Michigan College, where I help students on their career journey. Whether a private client or student, I help people consciously create a life they love by gaining clarity on what they really want and then creating a roadmap to success by embracing their unique qualities. My focus is on Mindset and using techniques from Positive Psychology. I advocate self-care, including mindfulness and meditation as a way to heal and calm the nervous system, utilizing techniques such as breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Nature Therapy or Forest Bathing.I am available to speak on topics such as mindset, meditation, reducing stress and anxiety, and consciously creating a life you love. Last summer, I completed my Career Development Facilitator training and am in the process of becoming a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).“It is when we are calm that we are the most powerful creators.”How Can I Help?
