I am Kathiusse Cabral, SESMT Manager - Brazil at Leroy Merlin and Obramax, two leading companies in the retail segment of construction and renovation materials. I have over 18 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental (EHS) management in multinational companies across various sectors, such as elevators, pharmaceuticals, wood and coal, flexible packaging, and footwear. I hold IRCA certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, which attest to my technical and professional competence to implement, audit, and certify integrated management systems in quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health.My mission is to promote an EHS culture within organizations, engaging teams, training employees, and managing risks. I am an expert in occupational hygiene, risk assessment, labor and social security legislation, occupational safety and health, and a judicial expert.
