I helped staff the Denver Claims office, hiring 40 employees in 60 days. The TSRs I trained broke company sales records with 16 consecutive $1 million per day sales days!I was the Project Manager for “Fish” Customer Service classes company wide, training 325 employees in 30 days. I also had the opportunity to author the TourScape, Ski Desk, Sabre, Turbo Sabre, Schedule Changes and Sale Techniques training manuals.I assisted management in assessing training and development needs consistent with the organization’s strategy and vision. I also assessed customer needs, monitored trends in employee performance in order to recommend appropriate training and development solutions.
