Enthusiastic, creative and passionate, I thrive on working with inspiring people and incredible places. A travel and wellbeing communications professional, with over 20 years experience in public relations and media management, I'm a director at the communications agency IndigoEight. Specialising in the travel and wellness sectors, our approach is senior-led consultancy with an honest and flexible approach.I have planned, implemented and directed effective publicity campaigns for a range of hospitality clients, from tourist boards and tour operators, to spas, restaurants and hotels. Former clients have included prestigious hotel groups such as One & Only Resorts and Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, independent hotels and boutique collections, such as The Alpina Gstaad and Nira Hotels & Resorts, as well as the destinations of Sweden, Sri Lanka, Barbados and Ireland. I've a passion for new openings. From the ski slopes of Italy to India’s tropical rainforests; from the Peruvian highlands to the African bush, and from the heart of Edinburgh to London’s east end, I’ve helped generate media excitement for properties around the globe. Having worked in journalism, I understand what makes a good story and appreciate the need to keep pace with an ever changing media landscape. With an interest in all things social, I’ve completed a Diploma in Social Media Marketing. Aside from travel, my other passions include fitness and nutrition. I’m a qualified personal trainer and have crossed the line of marathons, half marathons and 10km races.
