Key achievements;• Maintained all aspects of financial reporting for 2015 and 2016 internally and externally including delivery of half-year and year end results announcements • Led on Finance on the Board Defence Committee and maintained oversight of company’s statutory reporting responsibilities relating to the proposed acquisition.• Managed Group relationship with external auditors and worked with them to refine messaging for Audit Chair and Audit & Risk Committee meetings.• Led the restating of Rexam’s accounts in accordance with GAAP in preparation for the acquisition by a US corporation
