These duties include scheduling appointments within our practice as well as with outside affiliates as recommended by our doctors; creating and maintaining accurate patient charts; accurately submitting all insurance claims to a multitude of insurance companies electronically and via paper claims, when necessary; obtaining referrals as needed and assisting patients with understanding their insurance benefits and which way to best apply them.
