I am certainly not typical in some sense however I pride myself on that fact. I also have a special ability to make others feel at ease, no matter the situation. I am a fantastic listener and have the capacity to aid the client to find their own answer to their problems. I can provide a reassuring voice and will give knowledge and advice as to how to handle their problems as well. I can greatly sympathize with the client, which I feel is an essential part of the job. I love going home after work knowing that I completed a job and it was well done along with the client feeling as though they have accomplished something and has further advanced their much deserved happiness. I am also a connoisseur of research and data and when I am looking for an answer, I do not quit until one is found. I pride myself on my quick wit, accurate intuition about sales, and overall brilliant sarcasm. I am also quite personable and easy to work with. I am proficient in using any kind of computer, and am a fast learner. I can type up to 90/wpm and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Dispo (Medicaid software) and various other programs. I am also quite organized and meet timely deadlines with no problems.
