Northern Illinois Director of Project Management for Baxter Healthcare Corporations• Managed $170 million five-year capital reinvestment program for client’s 2,000,000 RSF corporate and manufacturing plant operations.• Interfaced with leadership at Baxter and CBRE monthly to reforecast budgets, create synergies between CBRE facility accounts and Baxter business units, and develop effective responses to client’s strategic transition.• Encouraged and supported staff during operational reorganization to make internal transition seamless to client.• Directed, coordinated and project managed construction of 75,000 RSF for information technology group relocation to off-site location. Completed on time and 10% under budget.
