North Ryde

Provide temporary support to the Broadband Strategy and NBN project team during the recruitment process through extensive diary management and expense reimbursement. Assist in the identification of suitable candidates for the role, preparation of presentations and manage travel bookings.

Provided support to the CEO and senior management team including the CFO, CMO and Chairman. Responsibilities included Diary Management, travel bookings and the Office manager role.Special projects included assisting with the design and implementation of the company intranet, travel and risk management policies .

Supporting the GM and legal team as well as Office Manager for the Sydney Office. Responsibilities included diary management, coordinating travel, corporate expense reconciliation, document management, maintaining precedent documents, secretary of the OHS committee, member of the Steering committee for Records Management, Communications Manager for the Risk Management team. Liaising with building management for renewal of existing lease and additional area.

North Ryde Nsw

Working directly with 2 Senior Managers and providing ad-hoc support to 5 others. Responsibilities included but not limited to diary management, travel co-ordination, preparation of board reports and presentations, expense reconciliation. Special projects include locating new premises, lease negotiations, design and fit out and relocation, delivered on time (4 months) and in budget. Implementation of of appropraite systems to ensure compliance for probity matters.
