Worked with a client to refine their requirements, design a layout, develop the website and assist with the initial content development. Ongoing support is provided as needed.Developed a strategy for departmental websites at Harper College. Subsequently designed, developed and supported 39 websites, partnering with the Harper College faculty and staff to determine their requirements, design, and content. During 2012, many of these websites were reabsorbed into the main Harper College website.Led the redesign and development effort for the Harper College Library website. Subsequently designed and developed a second major change to the look and feel of the website. Continue to provide ongoing maintenance and support.I also have worked on and currently support the websites for the following organizations: Three Lakes Association, Torch Lake Yacht and Country Club, Fine Line Creative Arts Center, Fallen Leaf Photography and, most recently, Antrim County Habitat for Humanity

Program Manager, End User Support, IBM Global Account. Responsible for overall strategy and direction for End User support for the IBM internal account, including the initiative to transform the methods for delivering assisted and self help to the IBM employee. This initiative focused on reducing employees’ dependence on the Help Desk through the use of self help tools and knowledge which allow the employee to answer questions and perform basic troubleshooting on their own. This multi-year initiative targeted a reduction of calls to the help desk by 50%, from the baseline, by the end of the third year.Responsible for executive communications and education on the scope and status of the end user help transformation project. Responsible for educating other offering owners on their responsibilities in implementing an acceptable level of employee focused self help knowledge with each new implementation of their products and services.
