Most recently, I have joined SeisWare International Inc. as an Account Manager in Dallas, TX. I look forward to expanding my skillset with SeisWare and becoming reacquainted with the geosciences in the DFW area.Previously, I worked as a Marine Scientist with the Natural Resources Research Institute (NRRI) at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) working with the EPA's Great Lakes National Program Office monitoring and reporting on trends of the Great Lakes ecosystem (phytoplankton analysis, diatom digestion/slide preparation, sediment core analyses). I had the opportunity to work with team members aboard the R/V Lake Guardian (water collection, phytoplankton analysis, sediment coring, core extrusion, chlorophyll a analysis) during the spring and summer sampling surveys assisting on the long-term monitoring dataset for evaluating the health of the Great Lakes. I have an additional MSc in Oceanography and Climate Dynamics from the University of Southampton where I focused on the glacial-interglacial paleoclimate and paleoecology of the subantarctic Atlantic Ocean. I earned my BSc in Geology from the University of Oklahoma and conducted undergraduate research in paleoclimate reconstruction assessing atmospheric dust.
