Responsible for Frontier’s $180M+ Airport Properties and Headquarters portfolio while guiding and mentoring a team of 12 employees. Standout responsibilities include: full restructuring of Frontier’s Properties and Facilities department to reflect new ultra-low-cost initiatives; the purchase, major renovation and daily management of Frontier’s Headquarters facility; the opening of 100+ new stations; and obtaining significant annual cost savings and lease hold assets through strategic airport lease negotiations.

Manager of CRE: Managed Spirit’s extensive Western Region CRE portfolio while leading a team of three to manage Airport Staff Planning and the Spirit Airlines Training Center operations through the initial public offering process. Manager of Operations Staff Planning: Lead the staffing process for over 800 system wide Airport Services employees to meet fluctuating operational needs, built and enhanced staffing models, budgets/forecasts and analyzed staffing trends while also serving as a Project Manager.

Supported the Technical Operations Capital division at the Phoenix Hangar. Responsible for justifying capital spending projects through NPV/ROI analysis, initiate process improvement opportunities, enhance project tracking models and monthly capital forecasts.

Served as the Financial Controller for the operational departments of Compass and Mesaba Airlines through the Northwest/Delta merger. In charge of building the yearly expense/capital budgeting process, enhancement of crew staffing models and NPV/ROI analysis. Completed operational merger analysis to determine cost structure inefficiencies amongst the three regional airlines merging. This position required management of one analyst.

Oversaw finances for the Ground Handling departments of the former largest charter airline in the industry. Responsible for monthly journal entries, variance analysis, NBA fuel and security reconciliations, G/L reconciliations, quarterly forecast development, yearly budgeting process totaling more than $20M, and special projects such as system improvement.

Responsible for supervising one of the most successful, privately owned custom framing stores in the region in absence of its owner. Trained and supervised five employees while dealing with customers. Responsible for creating designs for customer’s valuable art work, assembly of the framing, managing a gallery with approximately $50K worth of art work, and assessment of yearly inventory.
