I am an English teacher with numerous years of experience teaching junior high and high school grammar, vocabulary, writing, and literature. I create a controlled classroom environment where all students feel accepted, respected, and challenged. I have high expectations for my students; however, with my guidance and support, they reach and exceed the course expectations. During the past 20 years, I have taught English and literature classes to junior high and high school students, grades 6-10. My teaching experience includes both academic and honors classes. I have expertise in educating students with learning differences as well as encouraging academically gifted students to achieve their highest potential in my classroom. I am currently teaching at Faith Christian Academy in Quakertown, PA.
