This leadership role falls within our Government & Enterprise Contracts organization focusing on Customer Relations and the execution of our Contracts from award, modifications, delivery to closeout inclusive of Government & Enterprise Training. In addition, this role works jointly with our Compliance team in the Execution phase of our Contracts and with our Program Teams.

This role will be supporting multi platform proposal development, negotiations and contract awards while developing consistent training of compliance, policies and procedures for our team.

My latest contracts position was within a supply chain focused business model for acquisition strategy synergistically focused with business development and program management to support the maintenance and sustainment of multiple aircraft platforms. I supported team engagement with multi-functional work groups to drive financial goals. I ensured compliance of policies, procedures and requirements have been met in offerings while bounding risks and opportunities. My responsibilities in this role was for all contracting actions from proposals, contract formation and terms, various agreements, non-disclosure agreements, Intellectual Property and software licenses.

Team lead for Boeing Contracts Mar 2007 - Feb 2010Proposed, negotiated and administered multiple production contracts.Negotiated many unique contract agreements, conducting business case analysis. Trained and mentored contract administrators and assigned workload.

I was responsible for the coordination and facilitation of CFO site visits and Sr. Leadership meetings across Boeing Defense Systems. I drove effective changes to finance rotation programs as a member of People Council for employee development and tool development.

In this position I successfully worked the proposal process and negotiated multiple complex design and development programs.

This position required analysis of divisional budget, schedule, and performance variances. In addition, I was responsible for the forecast and analysis for quarterly sales and earnings. This position required the creation, analysis and submittal of Government reports.
