• Collaborate with house parents and other staff to effectively manage conflict-resolution.
• Meet regularly with youth to build relationships with them, address behavioral concerns, provide restorative interventions, and offer positive reinforcement.
• Facilitate consistent communication between youth, their families, legal guardians, mental health professionals, legal professionals, service providers, and caregivers.
