- Provide support in connection with the successful management of the ETS domain portfolio and Trademark Clearinghouse submissions. - Provide support to IP Director and Senior Trademark Administrators to facilitate the process of copyright and trademark infringements, domain recovery efforts, and trademark correct use requests.- Collaborate with Director, ETS Preferred Network, Global Education & Workforce Divisions and the various CMDs, EPNs, and CTAS administrators in China, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand to transfer domains in/out of the ETS domain portfolio.- Advise and educate ETS Staff, ETS subsidiaries, Country Master Distributors (CMD), ETS Preferred Network (EPN) and Certified Test Administration sites (CTAS) on matters related to ETS domains- Track legal matters and expenses on all TDI vendor invoices in China, Korea, Taiwan, India, Japan and the United States for review of cost savings.

Administration- Supported the Senior Vice President and General Counsel along with his staff of four attorneys. - Liaison between General Counsel’s Office and other departments in resolving test security matters, testing of disabled persons, and corporate security matters.- Coordinated with other departments in responding to all subpoena requests received in the General Counsel’s Office.- Worked with Corporate Finance, General Accounting and Accounts Payable in processing invoices and addressed all questions and inquiries as they arose. - Liaison for all incoming calls to the General Counsel’s Office.Human Resources- Liaison between management staff and employees on office-related issues, including highly sensitive and confidential matters.- Worked closely with both corporate office and remote locations on various matters.- Processed transfers, data changes, terminations.- Entered personal and employment data into HRIS system. In addition to posting positions and processing new hires and consultants for the General Counsel’s Office.Patents- Worked with Vice President and Associate General Counsel along with outside legal counsel in coordinating patent applications.- Processed patent annuities under Associate General Counsel’s direction.

Reported to Vice President and Chief Quality Officer and Director of Process Management. There were 15 individuals within the Office of Quality, Process and Project Management to whom I supported on the daily basis. My duties are varied, administrative and/or project oriented. Learned the structure of the Super Processes (Business Development, Design, Build, Deliver, Psychometric & Research Support, and Technology Support). Involved in creating and implementing the Incident & Reporting Tool and being a part of the “Design Quality Definition” Initiative. I was also involved in the ETS Cares Campaign coordinator for the General Counsel’s Office. The “Send Balloon Greeting” was a successful event that the whole Quality team was involved. In coordinating the event, I had the opportunity to meet so many people throughout the organization.
