I have practiced employment law for more than 30 years. I currently provide in-house legal support for corporate human resources business partners and field management in branch offices across the country. I offer counseling and strategic advice on performance management, employee terminations, harassment and discrimination complaints, leaves of absences and accommodations under the ADA. I also manage employment litigation matters with outside counsel.Previously I worked for a large law firm and my practice included employment litigation and counseling. I had the opportunity to second-chair a wrongful termination trial and represented clients in arbitration. I successfully responded to numerous charges of discrimination filed with the DFEH and EEOC and assisted clients through the agency investigation process. I provided management and employee training related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and managing within the law.
