Provide marketing support to the VP, Marketing . Assist with various marketing projects to include campaign development of marketing materials, direct mail mailings, e-Alerts, and newsletters. Plan and coordinate seminars, training workshops, and annual conference. • Website Maintenance – includes modifying existing web pages, creating new pages and graphics for member website and company website. Create content for mobile apps.• Create copy for news releases, e-Alerts, newsletters, and other publications. • Maintain email management system• Event Management - Annual Forum for member credit union CEOs and VPs - Coordinate and work closely with all speakers and hotel staff to produce a seamless event- Oversee procurement of catering, audiovisual, accommodations, schedule, and registration procedures.- Provide member service and support to attendees before and during conference- Setup and tear down of event materials

Assist the VP Marketing with the development, implementation, and analysis of the credit union’s marketing plan. Develop and maintain marketing calendar; direct and develop marketing promotions; and maintain records and promotional materials for the marketing department. • Oversee concept, design, writing/editing, and production of USFCU and employee newsletter• campaign creation; write copy; and manage marketing campaigns from design and layout through production • Responsible for maintaining company web site - implemented online switch kit, promotional emails, and member education page• Assist with new company sign-ups/presentations - attempting to cross sell as many products as possible• Boost credit union image through Expos and Event Sponsorships • Help plan the Annual Meeting, yearly Membership Appreciation Day, and Open House events• Product Development - Team leader in the implementation of a new Bill Payment Processing company• Conduct member surveys and telephone surveys of competitors’ services to help assure company’s competitive position in the market place
