Kathleen Egan represents private clients in family law matters at trial and on appeal. She has first-chair experience trying a variety of cases to judges and juries, including civil disputes, felonies, divorces, child custody cases, protective orders, and contempt charges. Kathleen has a strong track record of success on appeal, obtaining reversals and mandates from Oklahoma's appellate courts. She is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In addition to her trial and appellate practice, Kathleen negotiates and writes private prenuptial, gestational and property settlement agreements. She is experienced in matters involving division of deferred compensation, alimony, and above-the-guidelines child support. Her training for financial matters includes the Advanced Business Valuation seminar at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas. She advises high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals on the financial and support issues unique to their status.Kathleen began her legal career practicing family law in New York. Later, she joined a civil plaintiffs firm in Tulsa.
