Responsible for financial reporting, SEC filings, corporate income tax preparation and filings, treasury functions, computer systems maintenance, development and conversion, development of systems of internal control and management of subsidiaries and the areas of accounting, corporate sales tax, special projects, and trust accounting/tax. (650 grantor trusts with multiple investors in each) Assisted in merger/acquisition, debt restructuring/workout, and litigation support.
