Having worked within childcare and customer service domains, as well as completing professional courses, I have gained exposure to and specialised in stakeholder management, client engagements, communications, scheduling, customer service, health & safety, safeguarding, and rapport building.Having worked in various positions throughout my career, I have undertaken many responsibilities including:•Implementing an excellent standard of customer service, working to industry standards, as well as delivering expert knowledge to clients/participants to aid the service experience, handling complaints and queries when needed•Providing support and assistance with daily tasks relating to the development of children on-site via soft play, indoor and outdoor activities (dependent on the age of the child), homework, safe collection when escorting to/from premises, and providing a duty of care and general safeguarding•Overseeing on-site cleaning duties whist supervising other members of staff, ensuring work is completed to industry standards and the site is cleaned to the required specifications to cater to the main building function•General administrative duties with regards to overseeing sign-in sheets to log attendances, entering data related to finances and communicating via face-to-face interactions, telephone engagements and correspondence•Financial coordination, primarily relating to the management of till systems, cash handling, payroll, overseeing transactions and issuing refunds•Stock Management of inbound deliveries, replenishing and rotating, and counting stock , referencing use-by dates, as well as managing the on-site assets from a visual merchandising perspective to increase sales for specific products•Adhering to health and safety guidelines with regards to fire safety, hazards, sanitation, food safety, general allergens, ethical practices, and the safeguarding of any on-site stakeholders
