Kathy Frank had the rare opportunity to work with the developer of the Predictive Index program, Arnold Daniels, on a daily basis for six years. After that, Kathy became the first female certified partner of the PI program and founded Augur Inc. in 1996. In addition, Kathy has been chosen as a PI Teaching Fellow by the global network of PI Business Partners. Kathy was awarded a full-scholarship to attend the 2012 Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Executive Management Program conducted by Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. In 2014, she was among the NJ Biz Best 50 Women Business Leaders. In 2015, she received the Daniels Family Legacy Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to The Predictive Index Community while honoring the spirit, core beliefs, and legacy of its founders.Kathy is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting magna cum laude and has been a CPA since 1987. She has served on several non-profit boards and has been a popular speaker at business forums including: The Association for Corporate Growth, the Association for Medical Media, The Society of Human Resource Management, The New Jersey Bankers Association, The Association of Jesuit Colleges & Universities High Potential Leadership Conference, and the Vistage Group. Kathy has authored numerous business white papers and published her first book, “Breakdancing on a Balance Beam: How to Be a Business Person and an Everything Else that You Are Too Person!”In April 2016, Kathy merged her practice with PI Midlantic, which is now the #1 PI Certified Partner globally.
