• Responsible for establishing and implementing a donor base pipeline through the solicitation of major gifts, research and event support. • Design and maintain a consistent and comprehensive plan for developing key external alliances of individual and philanthropic support. • Oversees memberships in over half the state of Florida• Serves as a key leadership team member, and is ultimately tasked with securing $1.4 million of the total annual FTW budget.• Secured 90% funding for the 2013 PDPA by January 2013• 98% retention of 2013 PDPA sponsors (donors)• Added three new PDPA sponsors – an increase in $55,500• Several PDPA sponsors upgraded their commitment from the previous year - an increase of $24,000• Added new FTW donors totaling $55,500• Achieved 2nd quarter goal in FTW revenue totaling $75,000• Secured funding for FTW research projects totaling $250,000
