I am a professional woman who has worked in the care sector for over 15 years now. After 12 years as a senior practitioner supporting teenagers in a residential setting, i took the plunge to try something new. although still supporting young people, i now work in the community. this has given me opportunity to transfer some skills and knowledge but also gain so much more.my work experience also includes a multitude of administrative responsibilities where I am motivated to complete tasks within a defined time line. Some duties include daily logs, planning and deployment, report writing and experience sheets. I have completed my SVQ 4 level 9 in social care, children and young people along with a multitude of other qualifications.
