This includes: Weekly "Drop" process - monitoring how the money is pulled from each slot machine, how it is counted, and finally how the money is processed for the deposit in strict accordance with Nevada Gaming Laws and Regulations. Facilitated daily check-ins to verify company rules and procedures were followed per the employee handbook. Successes - - Created content and redesigned employee handbook based off opportunities seen during surveillance reviews.- Put in place structure for providing feedback to site managers and general manager. This included creating logs, feedback templates and providing positive reinforcement.
