Assistant Coach on Hollymead Swim Team each summer since becoming eligible in 2018, and a Coach-in-Training in 2017. Created and led swimming workouts at daily practices, and worked with other coaches to choose appropriate swimming events for each swimmer to compete in at weekly meets. Also communicated with swimmers and parents about the organization and expectations of the team, and about swimmers' progress and potential in the sport.
