My work centered around utilization of statistical software to analyze single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from bone marrow cells derived from pediatric ALL patients. The goal of this study was to assess the changes in cell profile and the genes therein associated with achievement of remission versus refractory disease status post-induction therapy.

Collaborated with a public policy professor and another undergraduate student to investigate the leading pharmaceutical companies developing chimeric antigen receptor T-cell technologies. Also applied lessons from similar medical developments to examine the ethics and policy of the advancing CAR-T cell technologies.
