Manage turnkey signage operations for national accounts with up to 350 locations and 3-5 customers at any given time. Participate in regular customer meetings to define project scope, review product design, and refine processes. Direct site audits and production of artwork and manufacturing drawings for customer approval and permit application. Seek bids from qualified sign installers and negotiate pricing based on local labor rates and budgetary constraints. Prepare and submit project proposals to customer for approval. Coordinate manufacturing and installation schedules to meet customer deadlines. Communicate project status to customers through regular contact and detailed status reporting. Compile billing packages and submit to customers for review and payment. Monitor accounts receivable and maintain open communication with customers’ accounts payable departments to ensure timely payment.

Oversaw committee of twelve volunteers who coordinate a wide variety of social, volunteer, and faith sharing activities for adults in their 20s and 30s. Maintained Young Adult Ministry budget and organized events within that budget. Facilitated communication between parish administration and the young adult community by managing a mailing list of 1300 young adults and publishing a monthly newsletter outlining upcoming events.
