-Conducts installation and checking of grounding lines for electro static discharge protection-Accomplishes ESD related checksheets and control charts-Assists line support engineer in troubleshooting and resolving problems concerning the operation and performance of machines-Assists line support engineers in performing periodic & non periodic maintenance of equipments-Assists in line set up or reset up activities

-Check and Sustain Status of all Production lines.-Responsible for the review, evaluation, implemetation and monitoring of process condition or specification in order to achieve yield targets, product quality conformance and optimum utilization of equipment, method and materilas-Coordinates with different areas of the Cross Function Team to effectively deploy tasks and projects assigned-Generates improvements on equipment through machines modification, redesigning of jigs and fixtures to increase productivity-Reviews, analyzes and summarizes machine downtime reports, equipment checksheets and control charts-Generates all machine trouble reports and endorses defective machines/equipment-Leads line set up or reset up activities-Coordinates with Korean supports regarding technical mattersto be applied during production-Trains and qualifies new Equipment Line Support Engineer-Performs troubleshooting an resolving problems concerning the operation and performance of machines-Performs periodic & non periodic maintenance of equipment-Assists in conducting tools, jigs and equipment inventory-Assists MSA staff in performing Daily Evaluation Master Management (DEMM) and checking for all machines
