Initially assigned as a Business Analyst for the Software and Automation Team (SWAT), I collaborated closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. I contributed to the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I was responsible for producing key project deliverables, including requirements documents, standardized templates, user stories, process mapping, maintaining a backlog for a team of developers and testers, and providing clear backlog content.
