Work closely with Development’s senior leadership, central and school-based gift officers, university faculty and students, and Stewardship & Donor Relations (SDR) colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-level, accurate, meaningful, and timely stewardship communications that satisfies donors and promotes a long-term relationship between donors and BU for the continuation of philanthropy.Responsible for the strategic expansion of fund reporting and the management of DAR processes and procedures associated with the reporting program, including data systems, metric dashboards, development of report collateral materials, and the development of individualized stewardship plan processes. Supervises two Associate Directors and one Assistant Director on the SDR team focused on financial and impact report creation and the data management systems required for fund reporting and student outreach.
