As someone who has spent her entire personal and professional life in education as a student, educator, and learning solutions product innovator, the latter part of this quote is my credo. Since 2007, I’ve dedicated my career to solving customer problems through the creation of innovative new products, services & business models in the educational technology sector. My experience in sales, implementation, portfolio & technology product management well positioned me for my current role leading higher education platform strategy and product delivery for McGraw Hill. I am responsible for owning and implementing a broad platform vision and strategy, encompassing all platforms that deliver higher education product to market. I oversee product and platform management, technical product management, program management, customer solutions and operations, and UI/UX.I am a trusted and respected leader with vision that embraces transformation as a constant part of our lives. As such, I lean into change management and have extensive experience building teams and driving cultural & business priority changes in organizations. I am comfortable taking calculated risks & working through ambiguity to solve challenges and create plans to progress teams and businesses through evolution that drives revenue growth and long-term success.I am passionate about people.
