My position has management responsibility for contracted client association(s) and directs the daily activities (membership, general administrative activities, oversight on policy and planning, etc.) for that client(s). My position also serves as the primary liaison with the client Board of Directors.My position manages, coordinates, and implements projects and operations for SF AMS clients. Additionally, the position regularly identifies new strategies for increased efficiency and/or improvements to new and existing programs. Client Management: • Manage the delivery of services for client association(s) (governance, membership, meeting, communications and continuing medical and nursing education accreditation and compliance activities)• Develop annual budgets and review/analyze monthly financial data; monitor application of investment policies, • Negotiate, draft and implement agreements, contracts, and grants; work with legal advisorsProject Management: • Lead implementation process, develop and manage all defined processes and resources• Develop and define detailed scope documentation and project plan • Collaborate with indirect staff to ensure timeline adherence, assess work product, make recommendations, share knowledge and provide guidance.Customer Relations: • Support customers/members by email, phone and in person• Resolve and diffuse difficult situations and complex issues• Research to provide accurate responses
