Customer Onboarding Specialist Ii
Current- Manage a running portfolio of 60+ accounts and take strategic, timely actions to move them through the brightwheel platform implementation process.- Consistently exceed goals for metrics related to activations, churn, and customer satisfaction with an average percent to target payout of 141% and 35% over team average. - Teach and empower new customers how to get the most value out of the brightwheel platform.- Troubleshoot challenges that our customers experience as they get the system set up.- Identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes to increase team efficiency and improve the customer experience.- Collaborate across teams (e.g. Sales and Support) to ensure a smooth customer experience at all stages.- Act as the “voice of the customer”, providing input to other brightwheel teams including Product and Engineering.- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
