The project included a 4-level basement (600 carparks), and 40 floors (65,000m2 NLA) of integrated PCA A Grade office space. - Pacific Werribee (Werribee Plaza) (Jan 2016 - Apr 2017) The 140,000m2 expansion to the Pacific Werribee shopping centre including approximately 140 new retail tenancies over three levels, and a new Fresh Food Precinct.
