I served as a member on the Panhellenic Executive Council. Being a member of the Panhellenic Executive Council entails being open to collaboration, willing to suggest new ideas, and bringing energy and enthusiasm for the Greek community to meetings and events. Executive Board members must participate in Panhellenic programming and commit at least two hours weekly to regular officer and council meetings along with job duties. In my position specifically I was in charge of conducting the recruitment counselor application, selection, and education process, planning and working with recruitment chairs for informal recruitment events, serve as Chairman of the Recruitment Committee, and plan and execute recruitment activities for Potential New Members going through Recruitment.

Helped women of the Furman community interested in joining a sorority navigate the informal recruitment process and led a group of women in the weeklong formal recruitment process.

I was an intern for FUEL the Community which is an Internship in Community Health and Nutrition Education with a specific emphasis on underserved populations in Greenville. Interns have the opportunity to work directly with the community to discuss topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, lifestyle medicine for mental wellness, body image, stress management, chronic disease, and more.

Conducted research supervised by Dr. Sobolewski that included data collection and analysis of body composition measurements. We conducted data collection on 90+ Furman ROTC cadets, and the testing included the Army Combat Fitness Test, Body composition, Ultrasound assessment, VO2 Max, Vertical Jump and Cognitive tests. I also helped with the analysis of the data, including my own research analysis which tested the Aerobic Performance of ROTC Cadets Compared to Age Matched Controls. This research experience culminated with presenting my work at Furman Engaged, which is a university held event that allows students to publicly share their work or experiences with their peers, faculty, staff members, and the Greenville community.

I served as a camp counselor for the annual week of camp. I was one of three counselors in charge of the campers in my cabin.

In this position I worked with Furman Universty's Office of Admissions to help recruit the next class of students through weekly communication with admitted prospective students and assist with the Paladin Preview Accepted Students Events.
