With six years of experience at City Club Apartments, I have refined my skills in facilitation, instructional design, curriculum development, and learning management systems. I excel in both independent and collaborative environments where I can work efficiently and collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and support department teams to analyze training needs, identify performance gaps, and develop tailored learning solutions. By utilizing various training methods, such as on-the-job training, distance learning, and classroom development, we can deliver a strong training experience that meets the needs of a decentralized organization that spans five states and will produce results. I offer a diverse skill set with years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Management of Operations, and Human Resources.
