I started teaching fitness in 1986 and have been expanding and advancing my knowledge base ever since! I am a voracious reader and a perpetual student. I owned and operated Locust Grove Motel(partner), The Inn at Ballston Spa, and Virgil's House Coffee House. I worked as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager and Regional Manager for AT&T(nee Cellular One, Cingular Wireless). I co-raised two self sufficient, confident, healthy, compassionate, intelligent and motivated boys.(I know, that's a lot, but they are soooo cool.) Mom of the Year, 25 years running(I never lie, but sometimes I make stuff up). My passion is coaching (I live what I teach) people of all ages to live life passionately, with intention and gratitude for this amazing world. I teach strategies and offer resources for physical and emotional fitness. My mission is to create a community where people live lighter, dance more and laugh often and OUT LOUD, through my new business, kq Weightless. I am DAUNTLESS. I will make a difference. The human race is meant to THRIVE, not just survive.
