Kathleen Rubin is a Program Manager at the San Antonio River Authority where she oversees the Bexar County Creeks and Trails Program and the West Side Creeks Ecosystem Restoration Program. She is a designer and urbanist who is passionate about creating people-places that anchor communities and enhance mobility, equity, and sustainability outcomes. Prior to her work at SARA, Kathleen was the Program Development Division Manager at the City of Austin’s Transportation Department, where she oversaw placemaking, urban design, public art, green infrastructure and street trees for the Corridor Program along with the Austin Strategic Mobility Plan's (ASMP) Implementation Strategy.
