Direct liaison between external customers, internal Dining Operations Staff and the Vice President of Dining Operations, which included screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing dining location reports and financial data.Resolved difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters. Worked closely with managers in other departments, such as catering and vending, on updating policies and procedures for client services.Proactive communication with customers and clients via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; and drafting status reports on customer service issues.Maintained solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.Coordinated various dining location promotions and special event planning, creating or updating flyers, menus, banners, survey cards, etc., tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers.Worked with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results.
