I worked at Ringgold County Hospital for 39 Years, started as a staff nurse, then nurse manager, Director of Nursing and my last role was Chief Nursing Officer. The last several years the Department of Inspection & Appeals very minimal deficiencies, in fact the last year No nursing services deficiencies. As the CNO I was also responsible for our Clinic, Physical Therapy, Laboratory, Imaging Services, employee heath, practitioner credentialing services and Outpatient Medicare Psychiatric Services. I am proud for my service at RCH! In July being employed through MercyOne Des Moines they eliminated the CNO position and now I am looking for employment.
