Worked in conjunction with financial aid, business office and admissions personnel to maintain records. Assisted Dean of Academic Affairs. Coordinated efforts for Higher Learning Commission visit to maintain accreditation. Helped to coordinate fund raisers, student achievement days, career counseling days, maintained records for 13 different committees, helped President maintain office records and contacts with EDMC and the Trustees of BMC. Went where needed to do what ever was needed to help the administration of BMC

Opened Store, Check-in Products in and out from rentals, opened new accounts for customers, customer service relations, ordered new videos, maintained store appearance, tracked down unreturned merchandise, and retrieved when possible, also dealt with making reports to local law enforcement when merchandise could not be obtained.

Ordering, weekly and daily counts, inventory, daily, weekly and monthly reports, bank deposits, change orders, stocking and dealing with all forms of customer satisfaction and transactions.
