Inside of every person there is an athlete and I love to bring out the inner athlete in all of my clients! I can identify with clients struggling to find the time to workout, dealing with the weight loss/weight gain cycle, overeating, lack of motivation and lack of confidence because I have been on both sides of the equation. I have been a fitness enthusiast most of my life. From years of running , martial arts training, strength training, cardiovascular fitness and HIIT training, I know how good it feels to stay active and constantly challenge myself. I love that I can use my personal experiences along with my knowledge and training to help my clients find success in their fitness and weight loss journey.
